Soul Good Yoga will have their last day June 1st. Bittersweet!
This space held SO much love, movement, and growth...through our many various classes...Yoga, Pilates, Ballet (thank you Tee!), Barre, and my personal favorite, DANCE.
THANK YOU to every single person who entered our doors, supported a dream, and had the pleasure to be a part of the SGY soul community!

Unlike many studios out there...
Soul Good Yoga was never just"a studio"
-- it was a feeling, a family, a journey, and a piece of all of our hearts!
Especially mine..."wink, wink!"
SGY will still exist out there in the world.
Only the Eastchester Suite will be gone...Meaning, all our awesome classes and special events, and awesome instructors will STILL be doing our PASSION out there.
Just keep us in your mindfulness, and keep up with OUR special events to STILL & WILL happen! Only in cool, other spaces!!
